Add Impure Shot Stack(s) with Make it Rain (E) For Miss Fortune

I want to say first thank you to Riot for the nice addition of an AD Ratio for Bullet Time (R); now you can feel the damage overload of this ult in teamfight. Since then, I've started to play with the renowned Booty.. Errmm Bounty Hunter and as I go through the additional information for her kit, Double-Up prioritizes champions with Impure Shot stacks. Oh good fantastic, now it will be easier to harass the opponent during laning phase.. Make it Rain (E) can be a useful tool for harassing and slowing opponents but it lacks something.. Unless you Riot plans to change completely the E spell, I suggest that Make it Rain could had Impure Shot stack(s). This way, it will be easier to hit a champion with the second shot of Double-Up. What do you think? (As I said, this suggestion for Riot is if they want to keep the current Make it Rain in MF's Kit)

In addtion, to make things more precise as well, how about adding a visual indicator on enemies for how many stacks it currently has, like Varus and Darius.
