Champ select lobby idea for trolls

If there's one of those troll situations in champ select, players should have a way out, and I have a good idea that should only be implemented in solo/duo queue. Here's the plan, each player has a button next to their name that you can press if you think they are legitimately trolling. If they get 4 reports (3 if duod), then the champion select simply disbands and you go back into queue. No punishment for said player unless they are reported 5-10 times in a row for champion selects (to avoid ppl reporting for off meta shit, unlikely to happen 10 times in a row I'd say). Either that, or no punishment at all and just simply disband champ select.
