Terrible Matchmaking with Friends

I can't stress enough to say that matchmaking with your friends is so terrible when your elo is way higher than his. I can't seem to enjoy any of the game we play because I'm too busy with the task of 2v5 because of my elo making up 80 to 90 percent of our team. If I play with my low elo friends am I task to carry the other 3 low elo? I'm forced to play on a smurf account just so I can try to properly enjoy games with friends? Sorry to say but you can't win the game with 2 decent player and 3 player who can't even properly cs vs 5 guys who have enough knowledge of the game to demolish the other 3 on our team. So much for a team game when the other 3 can't play at a certain level and your level is too high.
