2 QOL Buffs for Swain

Allow Swain to morph out of ult form when under CC, but do not allow him to morph into ult form under CC. This change will allow swain to save mana if he happens to be running low. It'll be a trade off for swain players to decide if they want more hp or conserve mana.

Have one of Swain's ulti Birds(I have no idea how to word this) attack the target swain autos. There was a change awhile ago to Zyra's plants AI where the plant would auto whoever zyra auto'd. This change to Swain's birdies will help break the RNG element just a bit.
