Something propõe do what they kill me

Hello I'm a new player that is still learning many things, so when I'm in a normal game, whenever I die people kinda stand on top of me and have a spasm or their champion is gliting out and in place kicking or punching really fast.

If someone can explain to me what it is and how to do it, that would be great.
