The reason you think ADC is op

Is because of how shitty botlane is right now

It's extremely easy to snowball due to a bad matchup, a single gank, one mistake, whatever it is, it makes botlane snowball out of control. One of the two ADCs often benefits from this and gets its powerspike way before they should.

This is even further amplified by how paper thin turrets are vs how easily ADCs kill them with any amount of attack speed

nerfing adcs won't fix this, or how shitty playing botlane feels right now, nerfing adcs will still make botlane the place to be, it will simply snowball a midlaner or jungler instead

there is a much deeper problem with how the game is, and fixing it willl require more changes than "yeah adcs do 10% less damage now"
