Ivern's Ulti Needs some help

My thoughts:

Instead of having Daisy just jump into the scene. Think Eve's ulti. Make his ulti spawn a small do nothing actual daisy flower. In 1 second or so it pops out with a 4 cornered hit like it does when it hits 4 consecutive times. He pops up, bolders shoot in 4 directions, he's alive and worthless.

That'd be better than his current worthlessness.
