Lovely Veigar fixes gj riot

Ok so im played veigar in teambuilder and ranked and such to test the new changes and although the q change is absolutely magnificent i was able to farm up ap extremely quickly however i found it almost impossible to land my stun to the point where leveling it almost seemed like a waste of an ability point. I believe the solution to this problem would not be to remove the delay but to remove the warning particles, therefore you can still tell if Veigar is running up to stun you but there is time to react but not completely be able to know exactly which way to juke, therefore there isn't going to be any flash stunning people running away but its not entirely impossible to land event horizon because there is still a sense of mystery as to where he will place his stun.
