A proposal for an upgrade on the summoners icons...

i noticed recently that i have tons of icons that i never use... and i never remember how i got it or when. I was thinking that a nice upgrade to the icon system is trasforming it in a sort of "achievements" : for example when you got a feat of strenght you got an icon (like nightbringer or shadow assassin one) where when you pass your mouse on it pops what is that icon and when was unlocked and maybe also the performance (Ex. you unlock an icon with quests or killing blows, where you can see how much kills the player did or something like that) Also would be a nice feature for looking other player icons while the match is loading... let me know what you think
