A suggestion for a new rank system update .

Hello guys , 1st of , I'm only a lv10 in NA server because I went back to my home town Ho Chi Minh in Vietnam for study for about 3 years now and the ping was lag so I quit playing in NA and moved to SEA , playing through Garena ofcourse . And 2nd of all , I'm a girl hard core gamer , a cosplayer , and a fan of League too , and I'm not doing this for any other attention than from Riot team themselves for considering my request idea for this coming up 2017 season .

As you guys know , we have only 1 deadline in our ranking system for updating Victorious skins , shiny ranking borders , summoner rank icons , such and such . And I don't know about you all or in any other regions , but in my region of Vietnam , the tool hacks & the trolls & the throwers have been out of controll , SPECIALLY AT THE END OF THE RANK SEASON !!!! And I dropped from Plat 5 to Gold 2 on the last 3 weeks just because of those situations . It's not only a burden for me but for some other gamers in Vietnam too . And I was on my edge of crying because I stayed up until 5 in the morning for the few last ranking effort to get myself back on the level of Plat 5 . I was UPSET !!! ( It's Saturday night , I do get sleep later on , I do have hobbies , I do have family day later , so before you start to even say that I'm a worthless piece of trash who is just a brat & need to " get a life " , I do have a life . )

So what I wanted to say is , why don't we split the season ranking updates into 2 times a season ? The 1st one being mid season update for giving players shiny rank border change and summoner icon only to fit the player's current ranking status at ANY rank level . And the 2nd one being the end of the season where the ranking profile being update once again and this time , they will have the final change in shiny rank border , summoner rank icons , and wether or not they are okay to be given the Victorious skin . The benefit being that the stress of " ending of the season " is being reduce into nearly half , and all of the last minute pusher don't have to be so emotional because they only get a one time rank profile update .

So what do you guys think ? Personally this is what I came up with since I was about to cry when I done with my game , I was just ... give up ... when I think I have to wait all the way to the end and still can't do anything else to try because of the situation was so .... frustrating ...

Riot Games team , if you by any chance read this , please consider this and try to apply . Me and my friends would love to see this being anounced in the up coming 2017 rank season .
