So can we get some insider info as to how you guys work? I'm not alone when I say that your work processes are of interest to the community. How exactly do you land on decisions that involves buffing overpowered champions and nerfing useless ones? RIP.

Also, I think you guys need to know that we haven't forgotten about the Yasuo buffs you were trying to ship us a while back. You only cancelled your plans due to the massive outcry from the community. Pretty much this entire season as well as the previous one have been riddled with questionable choices in each and every patch.

So how do you guys work? Do you roll a dice or something like that? Do you nerf/buff based on what you personally lose or win against on the Rift or how does your decision-making processes work? We'd love to know!
