Stupid game

I just got a timer for queue because your stupid game stopped working ... i had to close it and thus i got punished ...even tho i didn.t want to leave it , the game just stopped working , had to close it and start it again , please solve this problems ... it's really annoying to be punished for nothing . ALSO try to do something about toxic players that get reported (for a good reason) , if they see that nothing happens to them they will still talk sh!t in game and will still keep harassing players in game . I once got a message from riot saying that they took care of the problem but it would be nice to see that often , lots of bad players in this game ( and i am not talking about their skills , i am talking about the behavior ), I don't mind a lil shit talk between team mates but i mind harassment , when players keep talking shit all game.
