HP runes extend the amount of camps you can clear. Armor on Marks over Seals due to Seals giving best HP value with armor values being near the same. AP Marks for damage. Scaling CDR gives 10% x6 at lv 18 reducing need for CDR items.

Clear Path:
To clear the jungle Ivern uses his passive. You don't fight the camps(you literally can't attack the camps nor can you damage them with other sources of damage) you just apply your passive to them. You have to channel your passive which takes a few seconds to activate. After 40s (scaling down per level at -2s per level) you can reactivate your passive on the camp to clear for gold/xp. Activating your passive costs a certain amount of HP and Mana which scale based on your max HP and Mana. The clear paths that I've listed below are what I feel are fastest and most efficient in full clears.
After level 5 if you/or an ally clears a buff your passive spawns an extra buff. If your ally kills the golem you can gather the extra buff. If you kill the golem your ally can collect the extra buff.
If you smite you can auto clear the camp while you have your passive on the camp. You will still receive smite buffs if you do this.
Raptors>Wolves>Gromp>Blue (smite)>Scudds>Clear Raptors>Clear Wolves>Clear Gromp>Return to base>Kruggs>Scudds>Red (smite)>Clear Kruggs>Clear Scudds
Wolves>Raptors>Kruggs>Red (smite) etc. etc.
Takes about 2 minutes for a full clear.
