Player skills added with skillshots

Some champions are still in need to be reworked or at least have some of their abilities made a skillshot, or add some punishment to failures because some champions are still not looking related to skills. for example fiddlestick fear which is instant proccing lock-in spell and is very impactful cc or zilean ult which is insta lock-in ult that has no punishment beside wait the ult to finish while this person is killing you. Additionnaly the ratios of HP regen from zilean ult are huge as in 1 ap item can make the person regen full hp (for example on an adc). Zilean E can be casted twice and is a lock-in spell with a very big slow %. Riot is making their way with skillshot but yet some are left to update and makes it very frustrating.
