Skirmisher's Sabre/Challenging Smite

). I say make Challenging Smite give you a % damage amplifier instead (like Ahri charm). Doubling as both offensive + defensive makes it pretty strong even without an enchantment. There is no counterplay (One of Riot's design values) besides winning the stat check or running away, because the true dmg isn't based on landing skillshots, it's basic attacks.
This is what it currently does: Deals 390 - 1000 (based on level) true damage to the target large or medium monster, enemy minion, or pet. Challenging Smite can be cast on enemy champions, revealing them for 4 seconds, reducing their damage against you by 20% and making them take 60 - 162 (based on level) true damage over 3 seconds from your basic attacks for the duration
