Reaching 1 MILLION Mastery on a Champion

Hey Riot, I have put countless hours and money into your game, and will be reaching the 1 million mastery mark on Hecarim soon. Do we get anything special for such a milestone? I've always wanted the Lancer Zero Hecarim, but even after dropping tons of money (easily hundreds), I only have 2 gem stones of the 10 that are needed. Do you think in the next patch or so you could make "X" mastery points on a champ worth 1 gem stone for that champ specifically? (like 100,000 mastery = 1gem for hec, and if you get 1mil, then that's 10 gems just for hecarim).... that would be awesome!!!

When I got 1.5 million they reworked my champ into something I dont really like. Maybe they'll do the same for you!

No, I'm pretty sure you don't.

I'm in a club with a few people with over 1 million points on Jhin(one has over 2 million) and I'm pretty sure they didn't get anything for it.

when you hit level 150 you are guaranteed a gemstone every 50 levels

You get to be flamed / bmd since now everyone can look at your mastery score from the loading screen.

Hahaha xD Ok before I say this I'm going to say something serious. That would be awesome if this is how it worked.

Now let me tell you what you're actually going to get since I'm approaching the 2mil mark on a champion: Triple and Quadruple and Pentouple STACKED BY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO FEEL GOOD TRYING TO KILL YOU.

That's exactly what you have to look forward to. Enjoy.

The only thing you get is a big bullseye on your head when you load into a game and the enemy checks your mastery points during the loading screen.

In fact, they being a game developer must do something like that in order to encourage players to play the game actively. How could a game as huge as League of Legends couldn't have their achievement features system like other crappy game (mobile legends). Even crappy game will reward you when you achieve certain requirement like "mastered your champion in X score/rank" giving some treasure chest.

But why our's just won't have that kind of system/features? It's really weird. It has a creativity room for that so they can earn more money, but recently mess and the negativity just killed the board once more from Riot.

There isn't any reward past Mastery 7 aside from bragging rights.

I'm getting close to 2 million on Lux.

I think they should give you something, probably something for your profile.

Like maybe at 1m mastery, you can set the champions portrait as your portrait? That would be simple and appropriate.

Other ideas for high mastery level would be having all of that champions skins available at a discount including legacy/limited skins/chromas.
