Current Jungle state is too disgusting to not warrant immediate fixes

Riot you somehow manage to make the game even more snowbally while destroying a role that was already in shambles due to the bot lane oriented meta. It’s just sad and embarrassing seeing the balance team design the game without any knowledge of what to do.
