The BE System for leveling feels more of a punishment than rewarding
Imagine this, you have 2900 essence and you need 250 essence more to get a 3150 champion. Your level 24 and you need to play over 10 games in order to level up because the leveling EXP Cap is around 2000k+.
You have to wait till you level up for just a small amount of essence. Essence that you could've gotten in a matter of 2-3 games in the old system.
This feels like a lot of time consuming for just that bit of essence.
When I wanted Vi, I had to play over 30 games in order for the essence to add up to 4800. It was exhausting and I got tired of grinding an entire day just to level up once or twice a day.
I remember how I even mapped it out by saying "Ok today is Monday, by Sunday I should be at this level and rewarded enough essence to get THIS ONE CHAMPION if I play for almost the entire day, everyday." By the time it was Wednesday I couldnt no longer. It's as if you have to devote your entire soul to league of legends everyday to get what you want, it feels horrible.
I want to illustrate it for you all my experience a bit better.

This is what you earn as you level. Pretend you made a new account and you wanna buy Jinx. You have to level up to 11 to get 6300. Once you buy her, you have 0 essence. Now you want to buy Vi, you have to level from 12 to level 20. Thats a HUUUUUUUUGE amount of games you have to play in order to get that ONE champion. I'm telling you, it's exhausting.
