Modes of Game Play For the Socially Inept

Consistently the most detrimental experience to playing this game, for me, is the reliance on specifically 2 or 4 other people to play. The moment one player does something negative, and I respond negatively - I am liable for negative account actions based on the interactions with players - players usually sub par in skill. It's a difficult situation to avoid. How am I supposed to respond to an ADC that purposely walks into the enemy team and dies without trading blows - than tells me "if you take cs, I feed" meanwhile I'm simply focusing on the lane and the game. It is a ridiculous situation that plagues the lower tier brackets. Opening up a mode of play that allows for 1v1 or 2v2 competitive ranked based gaming would not only expand the potential player base, but add an interesting dynamic for the current player base to explore. It would give the less socially capable players a chance at enjoying the game to its full potential.
