@RIOT Suggestion on Tahm kench's Devour

How about the target takes damage based on how long they were in tahm kench instead? Like they are being digested.

• When Tahm Kench devours an enemy champion they take damage (based on how long they have been inside tahm kench) when regurgitated.

• When Tahm Kench has someone devoured (ally or enemy), every time he takes damage the duration of devour is reduced. Duration reduction per hit : .25 seconds
