This Game is unbalanced.

It's impossible to actually balance League, nor would they ever want to. Different Metas (Champions who make up the metas being strong) creates different senerios to play through out the year to make the game less stale. It's a weird system but it works well and has been this way through a lot of games including FTS's like CoD, BF, and Halo. Among other games such as D2.

Its hard to balance a game for the skill levels from bronze - challenger and LCS, but I think they do a pretty good job except for some obvious cases. There are alot of things I dislike, but I don't necessarily think they're unbalanced.

It's really hard to balance with over 100 champions, and multiple items - it just isn't going to happen

It is balanced. For every lose game there is a win. The winrate is literally 50%

try to balance an 8 sided see-saw on a pin with nothing but 150 boxes all with random weights and sizes.
