When? Shroud doesnt give stats, crescent slash is really really fucking weak since it no longer procs MOTA. She went from perma ban to just taking up space on the champ select screen. Such balance, many dictate.

Her early laning ability is terrible at best, non-existent at worst. Be that as it may, she's still extremely strong post-6.
You have to play safe to the point of cowardice to survive her pre-6, but once you pass that, she's still the monster that had the boards crying for weeks.
Actually, it gives her movement speed, but meph.
I don't know what you mean. Every time I see an Akali in game (albeit that's not often) she gets fed and easily takes down anyone on the enemy team. I don't personally know her kit or stats or anything but from personal experience she's a healthy champion.
