I need some Help please! Can't access the client Please advise.

My client says the PVP.net Patcher kernel has stopped working, I submitted a ticket but was wondering if anyone knew how to fix the issue.

I've done the following to try and fix it: Reset computer Ran a virus and malware scan Uninstalled and reinstalled the client Submitted a ticket to riot.

I'm not a computer wiz so I'm probably missing the obvious answer, if anyone knows please let me know :D

Kennen is a confusing champion. He hasn't had any major updates since other than the few tweeks he got on his ult and the nerf on his W at the mage update earlier this year. Other than that Kennen wasn't touched for almost a year. While other champs get tweeked almost every other or every single patch. Please show my favorite yordle some love.
