Ranked Flex/Solo Duo Queue Question

Hey, so its the start of the new season and I have some questions for the end of season this year (even though its early). What will the reward for the end season rewards be for Flex/Solo will only one be required or both? And if one doesn't matter and you land in Gold and Plat in the other will the higher Ranked Queue be counted for the border outline?
