AFKs or DCs in Ranked Solo/Duo and Ranked Flex

Hello Riot, My name is StoRm49 and I'd like to ask you if its possible that you can make AFK and DC punishments a bit more severe. It is legitimately impossible to leave the rank of Silver 3 without every other game having intentionally feeding players or AFKs. I was Gold 2 last season with 0 lp, but this season has been terrible as your ranked system spews out literally brain-dead idiots. I understand that this report may be seen stupid since I'm complaining about AFKs and my rank, but is it honestly that difficult to modify your Ranked system so that actually decent players get paired with other decent players. As a lasting remark, I was wondering if you have ever considered making the LeaverBuster policy more harsh. Like if I had an AFK on my team during ranked, nobody on my team loses lp when we inevitably lose. But the person who AFK gets a temporary ranked game ban as well as a complete rank demotion. I ask of you, Riot, to actually consider this request as genuine. I have been playing LoL since season 3 and am so through with this never-ending nonsense from the game. Instead of trying to balance champs, balance the ranked system so that this game is actually not infuriating. Sincerely, StoRm49 3-1-17
