@Meddler, A change and a Bugfix I would like to see or get a red response to.

Akali:

Auto attack frame decreased by 55%.

This would bring fluidity back to Akali's kit. But I'm wondering if Riot thinks this would bring her over the edge.

Kalista:

Bugfix: No longer Rend's auto spears that don't hit a minion AFTER Rend is casted.

Ever hear when you cast Rend sometimes, it's like you hear it cast twice and then it goes on cooldown? This is probably something to do with Rend having a cast time. Not sure if removing a cast time or reducing it to say 0.05 seconds would break her. Cause she would practically be able to Rend while moving.

Please Meddler notice me! I just want a response on these two things I've probably been wondering/asking about for 7 months now.
