CAN RIOT DESIGN A NEW MATCH SYSTEM??????????????

I highly recommend RIOT rebuild their matching system. I am not sure about the current matching system, but obviously this is unfair and stupid. I am pretty sure , even before the game, some lane will be destroyed. And when I look up their file, all like new account, which just reach level 30. RIOT please design a new way to rank people up and kick some fucking feeders out of this game. AND I REALLY HATE "MUTE" THIS OPTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When you blame the 0/10 top, what they do is just mute you, say nothing, and keeps feeding to 0/20.
