Turn off chat option

A lot of toxicity can be avoided by implementing an option for players to turn off all chat (not /all chat) regardless of team, just so you don't have to mute everyone every game, the ping system is more than enough to communicate what is needed from beginning middle and end of a game. Players use third party anyway to communicate in blind picks or ranked. More often than not i'm muting multiple ppl per game, blocking multiple ppl per post game, reporting ppl per game, it's just getting ridiculous, take away the chat. There you go, a solution to players horrible experiences. UPVOTE THIS BROS
