Dodging And AFK Talk

Honestly i know its probably a long shot but i have a great idea and i have seen it in other games as well but might be a good idea for you guys at Riot as well..

Have you ever thought about the people leaving games AFK or dodging and having them continue to play with people that actually want to play. My idea from other games not trying to steal their ideas is maybe put them in a secluded server for people that bail or AFK during games or dodge in a certain way like closing the application before game starts in ranked or something.. Not saying people that miss the que or people that miss the oppurtunity to pick a champ but thought i would ask for opinions and maybe some closure on it from riot.. The ban Timer is a great thing as well for that to give them a chance to redeem themselves
