post game screen not showing up at all

So about 4 or 5 patches ago i played a game and after the game was over the post game screen did not show up all i could see was a very small little part of the upper left corner. i could hear people typing and or leaving the room and i can click and drag it around but nothing ever shows up i waited up to 15 mins at on point hoping it would load. i have tried all the tricks that i have read on other post like un checking the boxes, and running the repair tool, i have also uninstalled and reinstalled the game, also ran a check on my computer to make sure all the drivers were up to date. a friend told me i would be fixed in the next patch or so but that has been like 4 patches ago. so at the end of each game i have to open my task manager and end league then re launch it to play again. it is really getting annoying and is making it to where i dont really want to play anymore due to the fact i have to keep ending the program and restart it. Please help.
