Can you consider a 1:30 jungle respawn rate

Instead of increasing it to 1:50 why not add only 30 secs. At least try it out, as it stand it doesn't sound like you have any response to the hits that junglers will take to any level of counter jungling. It is already a hit live and the planned changes look to drastically increase the disparity that gets caused by counter jungling.
