Depends on what you usually play and what you would rather play

Caster Poke: Ezreal Regular Kiting: Sivir or Ashe Burst Caster Mid Range: Miss Fortune Burst Caster Close Range: Corki Braindead because of Range: Traps Caitlyn, but learn to trap effectively for siege I can't move while attacking very well: Kog'Maw (If you can't even attack move yet, either this or Ashe if you want a regular adc)

If you think you can play other roles really well, these work too if you can space yourself properly

Duelist ADCs: Quinn or Graves (Neither work very well in bot lane, but they'll get you used to spacing) or Lucian (Just kind of weak right now and has a hard laning phase) Kind of Assassin Like: Vayne or Twitch (Harder because positioning, but if you're used to assassins, these two do well) AD Casters: Jhin Varus or URGOD (Harder because of immobility, need for positioning correctly more often)

I know I basically listed everyone(almost). Probably because every single one of them has their easy points for people to start ADC. Just to recap.

Ezreal: If you play mobile mages with poke, he's your best buddy Sivir or Ashe: Just ADC things Miss Fortune: Mid Range Burst, someone who can kill from a decent distance away and bursts them Corki: Much closer ranged burst, sometimes having to get right in their face Kog'Maw: Experience standing still and shredding everyone, while slowly trying to attack move Quinn or Graves: Hard to play bot but can help you learn how to space better, maybe start top? Lucian: Can be played bot, but is hard to play well, especially right now Vayne or Twitch: If you play a lot of assassins, you'll fit right in here, just you have to play from a further distance, since gapclosing is also revealing your fragile self Jhin Varus or Urgot: Harder than the other casters. Just use the others if you want to learn basic ADC first, not really a good start compared to the other 3 up there.

Jinx by far is the easiest. Even her ult is simple as fuck to land. The more you play her the quicker you will master, should take 10 games at most to get all the tricks down.

Used to be Graves before the rework business. Ashe IS mechanically simple, but she's pretty difficult.

miss fortune, last season I was in mid plat before I realized my adc mechanics in general were complete trash.

I find Jinx to be fairly straightforward.

I don't recommend Vayne, she looks easy and is OP, but she isn't that easy to play if you can't kite properly. Alternatively I could recommend Caitlyn. I'm just a mid main (ex support main) though. Jinx + Caitlyn were always the go-to champions for those not comfortable as ADC.
