OK RIOT lets talk warding and the Jungle Changes

Riot I really like the timer changes, and the contesting of buffs early. With this though we there will be definitely a higher need to ward and play the map safe. Warding feels sort of limited right now, other then getting blue trinkets or trackers junglers I feel may lack ward control or forced into a trackers more often.

Will we see a return of green wards? Or a system that allows buying wards during certain points of the game? Or even contestant warding spots that give vision if a team gains control of that area (kind of like skarner but longer duration)
