If you want those post game medals (Honorable opponent, friendly, teamwork, helpful) to be given more often, make them an overlay like the hextech key and box rewards are. Where the player has to close the close the overlay to see the post-game stats. Most of the reason as to why I personally never use it is because I forget that it even exists.
