Varus's Blight

I was wondering if Varus's ability, Blighted Quiver, adds more bonus damage with the Savagery Mastery? So having Savagery maxed out at 5 bonus damage per basic attack or single target spell; which would mean with Blighted Quiver and your basic attack making it 10 bonus damage per attack? I could try testing it, but if someone knows if this is correct and would like to share, then that would be awesome! :)
