how is even fair?

i recently started playing ranked and i now remember why i stopped playing this bs. If someone has a bad start they literally just give up and stop playing. This happened to me just now in a ranked game where mid jungle and toplane all had bad starts and they just decided it was okay to afk in the fountain. how is this even remotely fair to the rest of the players who want to climb like anyone else. we reported them and hopefully they get a punishment but i doubt it because the report system is completely useless in my experience because riot doesnt do anything about it most of the time. Sure theres been 1 or 2 instances where i got the message that they punished someone i reported.

I dunno but i just needed to let off some steam and rant my heart out. I would rant to my friends if i had those but alas ... thanx for reading and definitely pray that i get my LP back .
