If the targeted spells changes go through Corrupting Potion might as well no longer exist

I already see less and less corrupting potion since the new runes give so much mana sustain, and a Doran's Shield is honestly such a good start on most top laners.

Any champion capable of utilizing it's optimal burn damage(IE spammable single target damage spells) won't be able to without pulling insane minion aggro... which kind of defeats the purpose of it being a potion at all when you end up at the same HP before you used it.
