I find skarner to be better now

To start off... my clear times have become wayyy faster and i am not reliant on blue buff now. If anyone is to try and counterjungle me or take my spire, i jsut stun and kill them before they can get out of my spires range. Now people complain about outside of the spires he has no use. I reached full build last game, Cinderhulk, Tri-force, Steraks gage, righteous glory, dead mans plate, and merc treads. I ended up with 5k health, a W giving me 700 health shield and a shield from steraks gage. After stunning one of the priority targets i simply damage them a bit with the crystal charge then pull them into my team. I ended up doing amazing.

But this could all be because im low elo....
