Idea for a Trundle buff: Make the AD he gets from his Q an increase to his BASE AD

The difference is that it'd enable better synergy with Sterak's Gage and Trinity Force. Presently, it gives him up to 40 bonus AD, which isn't included into Trinity Force procs or Sterak's Gage. If it gave him +40 base AD, it'd synergize with the above items. Given that Trundle is quasi-juggernaut material, this would make a lot of sense on him.

Could this work, or would it push Trundle into OP territory due to too much synergy?
