What champs to perma ban in Season 7?

When I played my provisionals I noticed that a select number of champions were getting banned every game. Here they are: Vayne Yasuo Rengar Brand Katarina Kha'Zix I know these champs are op, because when we didn't ban Yasuo one time he instalocked him, and carried. Then only champs from this list that I enjoy are Rengar and Vayne, since I always select jungle and bot. The real question is that are these champs really op? I've played Rengar so many times to know that a fucking Nautilus or Leona can fuck you up. A champ that I've seen a lot of recently is Caitlyn. Just something random. Lmao.
