Chroma Skins and Talon Thoughts

Hello fellow summoners, today I would like to state 2 things that have been bothering me as of late. The first being the Chroma packs. I, like many others in the community believe that these should be a reward linked to champion mastery as an incentive if you will. This way you actually have to earn them. I mean I'm OK with Riot making tons of cash, but I think it would be beneficial to the community as a whole if there was some kind of visual alteration (ie: Chroma Packs) that don't require shelling out dough, but are acquired through game play. Or at the very least something like a unique ward skin if you score a pentakill in ranked.

Secondly, I wish to bring Talon to your attention. I have become aware that he is at a severe disadvantage compared to other assassins simply because of his lack of multiple dashes/gapclosers. He only has one, his 'E' and it has a long ass cooldown. I know this probably wont be seen by many, but I think since his silence got removed i think that his 'e' should recieve a buff that is similar to 's passive. On a champion kill or assist, his 'E' cooldown would refresh. Not his other abilities though, just his 'e'. I am aware Riot is steering the Meta away from assassins, but seeing as they are so fun to play i would appreciate if they showed Talon some well deserved love.
