Since rito likes reverts so much this season, can we revert shyvana's passive

I actually liked the idea of it scalling with levels better. The dragon controll passive is feast or famine. I started as as a shyvana top main until it stopped working for me then I started playing her jg with the sated devour meta. I would play her top if she was good top but it feels bad to play her top. Anyways can we have her passive reverted.
