LP gain is stupid Riot please Make it more balance

When i entered rank,I used to get 25-31 LP per win and lose 15-18 LP per loss,But now after 100 game or more,I started to get 16 LP most of the games,And lose more than it when i lose(16-25 LP),Its really dumb,you need to win 10 games Consecutive from 0 to 100 to promote to the next division,Its really unbalanced.

I just got promoted from silver 3 to 2.And won 3 games Consecutive,But i only got 16 per game ?!?!?!?!?!?!?! this is stupid,And the MMR didnt gain anything

Riot please tell me that you are going to change all this soon,So people can again get promote and start to get gold plat etc,Or you just dont want us to Rise in rank.
