Will there ever be a feature to share replays with others through client?

It'd be nice so if somebody wants to send me a VOD to look at instead of them having to sit through recording it all I'd just have the VOD at my fingertips if they send permissions. Plus being able to use the commands to pause the game and press tab to check items, etc. would be nice.

Does anybody know an easier way for now for somebody to send their replays besides recording the whole thing?
