God flex queue's matchmaking is utterly retarded.

I like how I can't queue up with a person who's diamond when I'm gold, but I can still get placed against them. That completely makes fucking sense Riot games. Why can't I queue up with a player who's 2 divisions higher than me, but I can get placed against them and auto lose? Hello? Who is in charge of this ape shit?

I also like having a 75% win rate, gaining 30lp a game and getting 40% winrate teammates while they have high diamond players. Makes fucking sense dude.'

Even get the benefit of the "it's flex who cares" 9/10 games, so my time is being wasted on multiple applications. I don't even get the fucking point of flex at all.
