Whole New Thought On Items
For this to work it would require the removal of stopwatch, which i already think is a good idea.
The thought process behind this is idea is to help get items earlier, while also making them weaker if you decide to.
Basically if you build an item such as Infinity Edge for 3400 it gives 80ad 25% crit chance and 25% more crit damage. However if you build cloak of agility for 800 then buy infinity edge for 425 (Price after you have all component items) You would be able to have an Infinity Edge with 15ad 25% crit chance and 25% more crit damage for 1225. And you are able to buy B.F. Sword and Pickaxe to upgrade them (B.F. Sword/Pickaxe are 65ad so you would get 80)
This would of course require some balancing to work but i think it would make a fresh new concept into the rift.
Another thing i wanted to go over is Trinity Force since i think it shows off what i'm doing the best. You Buy Trinity Force for 3733 and get many different things that i'm not gonna write all of. However if you buy Sheen for 1050 Then Trinity Force for 1383 You would get Spellblade of 200% But i think it should be 150% until level 9 since i imagine it being quite strong, and you get 250 Mana And 10% Cdr 5% Movement Speed the other stats shown will be grayed out and must be bought, (This includes Rage) From Phage. To Upgrade them you must buy them from the finished item, Cause otherwise it would get confusing if you went a dagger for zeal but it went into your finished Pd.
If Anyone has thoughts they want to share on this or other things that could make this more balanced and fun, I Would love to see what others could do this, but i thought it would be something enjoyable added to the game.
