Include Udyr's E as well!!

I'm so so so grateful to the riot teams who are working tirelessly to get Udyr in a balanced spot so he's playable, but not off the walls broken.Though I'd like to point out the importance of early ganking for junglers in the past half year and how much Udyr struggles with it. Uyr is also in the club of imobile melee champs who have problems being useful in teamfights, but these champs can use stormraiders, udyr relies on his E. Please buff it 3%-5% per rank to get more use out of as a ability. Also Udyr is losing a bit of move speed from his passive making this problem ever more apparent(this is including the small 10 base MS buff). I don't wish for udyr to be unkite-able, I just want him to get more use out of his E!
