Can we get the 4th support line now?

No sure how many people played Gangplanks event. Or remember some of the more unique items that were available on the map. Anyway, i was wondering if we could get the 4th support item line from that map. I always thought it was super cool that there was an item line that rewarded you for helping your allies. For those who don't know what i'm talking about, there was a support item line that gave a shield to your allies, you received gold (up to a cap) when the shield was damaged, meaning that you could help save your teammate from a gank while also raking in a fat pile of gold. The tier 3 version of it, sent out a bubble that would shield all allies it landed on. That stats were pretty basic: good mana regen, and a gold per 10 passive, along with an active that you could point and click to shield a teammate.
