Xin Xhao Nerf?

Okay it's not just me right? I've had many tilting experiences but nothing compares to what Xin Zhao currently puts me through. As a JG against a Xin Zhao i harass him constantly and steal his buffs and anything else i can. But even though he might have 20 cs and have 5 deaths and no kills he can still 1v2 anyone and everyone. He needs a nerf. His Attack speed is okay as long as his AD goes down a bit. It isn't just a tilting experience on my part. This has happened nearly every time i play against a Xin. If anyone else has experiences like this please let riot know so next patch Xin gets a nerf like he deserves.
