When a monster, large monster, or siege/super minion dies near you, you gain % of your max hp back depending on the unit that died. monster: 1% large monster: 2% siege/super minion: 1% Dragon/Baron/Rift Herald/Vilemaw: 5%
You can be overhealed and gain 10% of your max hp as a shield (works like BloodThirster)
